Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and any technical components are properly cushioned for transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
